This channel is made available, on an anonymous and confidential basis, so that employees, suppliers, customers and third parties can report any irregular act or breach of the law, the Code of Ethics or internal policies.

Situations related to the safety, quality, authenticity and legality of products may also be reported, in accordance with BRCGS requirements.

All communications will be handled seriously and with confidentiality. This channel must be used responsibly, avoiding false or intentionally misleading information. No retaliation will be taken against any person who reports in good faith.
