Blanched, oven roasted and peanut paste process
At this stage, employing highly specialized machinery, we carefully remove the outer shell that covers each peanut kernel. Afterwards, the kernels are meticulously packaged and stored in the processing plant's storage facilities until they are ready to be sold. Alternatively, they may be introduced into our new roasting oven, where they can be transformed into delectably roasted peanuts. or to use on the production of peanut butter through grinding process.
