We have been working on the production, selection and trade of raw, blanched and roasted peanut since 1997
Reception, drying and storage of peanuts
In the first instance, the peanut is subjected to a pre initial cleaning in order to facilitate future processes and ensure good quality. The peanut lots received are subject to the analysis and quality controls such as humidity and aflatoxin. According to the initial test results, the raw material can be directed to a drying process, in order to reduce the moisture level in the same entry field, or to be stored directly. Storage taking place in Australian covered cells or cells, taking into account, the aflatoxin content, and percentage of internal mold and availability of cells. Based on these variables, we can determine the cell.
