SOWING AND HARVESTING
With its highly qualified team of professionals, Manisel performs all the activities involved in the peanut production process from sowing to harvesting.
RECEPTION, DRYING, LAB AND STORAGE
We perform all the activities and control all the stages the raw material is subject to, from the moment it is received and stored until made available for processing.
RAW PEANUT SELECTION
Peanuts come from the farm, go through shelling, pre-cleaning processes, gravimetric analysis, are sorted by size and go through the electronic Sortex Z+ and metal detectors, in order to obtain quality raw peanuts.
Peanuts are blanched through a highly specialized and state-of t-the-art machinery where the shell covering peanut kernels is removed. Once blanched, the peanut is bagged and stored in our plant warehouse to be distributed or shipped.
